Machine & Smart Technology

Yes. All machines are powered by the **NUBOX digital ecosystem**, supporting Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and major banking apps via DuitNow QR. We also accept major credit/debit cards via unified readers.

Typically, installation takes **7 to 14 working days** from the date of agreement. This timeline depends on machine customization (branding/specialized modules) and site readiness.

Payments & Payouts

Sales revenue is settled automatically to your bank account on a **weekly basis**. We charge a transparent **3% + RM0.50** transaction fee per cashless payment. There are no hidden monthly subscription fees for the basic merchant plan.

Maintenance & Support

Requests can be submitted via the **NUBOX Merchant App** or our 24/7 hotline. We guarantee a diagnostic response within 4 hours and aim for on-site resolution within **24–48 hours** nationwide.

All new machines include a **1-year comprehensive warranty** covering parts and labor. We also perform quarterly preventive maintenance checkups and firmware updates to ensure 99.9% uptime.
